The nations in Group C played their first matches in the Copa America football competition being held in the US.
USA hosted Bolivia in Arlington, Texas and won 2-0.
Milan striker Christian Pulisic opened the score of the match in the third minute. And Monaco forward Folarin Balogun netted the host nation’s second goal in the 43rd minute.
In the other match of Group C, Uruguay defeated Panama 3-1.
Deportivo Toluca striker Maximiliano Araujo opened the score in the 16th minute. Liverpool forward Darwin Nunez doubled the Uruguayans’ advantage in the 85th minute. And Flamengo defender Matias Vina netted Uruguay's third goal in the first minute of added time.
Marseille defender Michael Murillo scored Panama's only goal in the 5th minute of added time.
