Leading Armenian chess player Levon Aronian took the 5th place in the World Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships, which took place in Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia.
Aronian shared 4-5 places with Chinese Wang Hao with 14 points. World champion Magnus Carlsen won the champion title with 16 points.
