Coach of Russian boxer Misha Aloian (52 kg) said his main opponents at London Olympics are athletes from the US, UK, Cuba and Mongolia.
“On the whole there are also four serious opponents in this category, including boxers from Japan and Thailand,” coach Eduard Kravtsov told Gazeta.ru.
Misha Aloian, Armenian by origin, is the only Russian male boxer included in pre-Olympic top 3 rankings issued by AIBA.
His first bout is likely to take place on August 3.
