The football 2014 World Cup in Brazil kicked off Thursday with the opener in São Paulo between the host nation, Brazil, and Croatia. Brazil started their World Cup campaign with a strong win, as the five-time world champions defeated Croatia by a score of 3-1.
Croatia, however, left a good impression. FC Barcelona (Spain) striker Neymar showed the best performance in the Brazil national squad and he scored two goals.
