The nations in Group B played their third—and final—matches in the group stage of Copa America in the US.
Venezuela beat Jamaica 3-0 and finished first, with 9 points, in this group.
In the 49th minute, Mazatlan striker Eduard Bello opened the score of this match. In the 56th minute, Pachuca forward Jose Salomon Rondon doubled Venezuela's lead. And in the 85th minute, Dynamo Kyiv striker Eric Ramirez made the score 3-0.
In the other match in Group B, Ecuador and Mexico played to a goalless draw. Both teams finished the group stage with 4 points. But Ecuador took the second place because of goal difference and reached the quarterfinals. Mexico and Jamaica are out after three defeats.
Venezuela will face Canada, and Ecuador will play against Argentina in the quarterfinals of Copa America.
