Milan’s 40-year-old Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has resumed training in the general group of the team managed by Italian Stefano Pioli, the football club’s press service reports.
During the current Italian football championship, Ibrahimovic participated in one match and scored one goal. For the rest of the period, he was recovering from various injuries.
Ibrahimovic received a knee injury at the end of the last championship and underwent surgery, and this was the reason why he wasn’t able to participate in Euro 2020.
On October 16, Milan will play against Verona in the eighth round of the Italian championship.
