World No.2-ranked women’s tennis player, Caroline Wozniacki, on Saturday won the women’s singles title at the Australian Open in Melbourne.
In the final, she defeated first seed Simona Halep (Romania) in three sets.
With this victory, the Danish tennis star won her first Grand Slam title and regained the number one ranking after six years, passing Halep.
