Armenia’s Sarkisov nets amazing goal in Turkey

The FK Yenisey Krasnoyarsk (Russia) press service has posted the video of this football club’s test match with FC Okzhetpes (Kazakhstan).

Yenisey, which are on a training camp in Turkey, defeated their opponents by a score of 2-1, and Armenia national squad forward Artur Sarkisov scored a wonderful goal and made an assist. 

After celebrating his debut for this Russian club with a goal, Sarkisov shared his respective impressions.

“We were playing against a very tough opponent,” said the 30-year-old player. “As for my goal, I noticed that the goalkeeper had come out of his place, and I decided to strike [the ball]. Thank God it worked!”

The Armenian international recently transferred to Yenisey from FC Mordovia Saransk (Russia).
