Rio 2016: Armenia’s Artur Hovhannesyan defeated in boxing tournament

Armenian representative Artur Hovhannesyan was defeated in the Olympic boxing tournament, which kicked off in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday.

In the first fight, 20-year-old Gyumri boxer, included in 49 kg weight category, lost to Spanish Samuel Heredia by a score of 27:30 (0:3).
