13-year-old Samuel Sevian fulfills Grandmaster norm 2nd time

American-Armenian chess master Samuel Sevian fulfilled the Grandmaster norm for the second time.  
Sevian is 13 years old, and he achieved this success by winning the round-robin tournament that was held in Saint Louis, USA.   

The young chess player scored 6.5 points out of 9 points. 

Samuel Sevian had fulfilled the Grandmaster norm for the first time in January, and at the major tournament that was held in Mashantucket, USA.
