Grandmaster (GM) Sergei Movsesian, as a member of Saint Petersburg Team, is competing in the Russian Club Championship which is held from Monday to Sunday in Loo, Russia, Armchess reported.
Movsesian is also a member in the three-time World Chess Olympiad champions and the previous World Team Chess champions, Armenian national chess team.
Earlier, Movsesian and GM Levon Aronian—who plays first board for the Armenia national team—became German Team Champions as members of Baden-Baden Club.
