Grandmaster (GM) Levon Aronian on Wednesday will face GM Hikaru Nakamura (USA) in Round 4 of the 2014 Tata Steel Chess Tournament being held in Wijk aan Zee, the Netherlands.
Both GMs have tallied 2 points, apiece, after three rounds.
Aronian—who plays first board for the three-time World Chess Olympiad champions and the previous World Team Chess champions, Armenia, and who is ranked second in the World Chess Federation (FIDE) ratings—is a three-time winner of the super tournament in Wijk aan Zee.
Last year, however, the Armenian GM finished the tournament in second place after 2013 World Chess Champion, GM Magnus Carlsen (Norway) who is ranked first in the FIDE ratings.
