Denmark and Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen is happy to take revenge on the Armenian team gaining 1-0 victory in Yerevan.
He said Denmark played much better than in a game against Malta.
“We had more space on the pitch,” he said, adding that he is happy to take revenge for defeat in Copenhagen.
“Morten [Morten Olsen, head coach] said before the game that we needed to win to have a good time in the locker room after the game,”dr.dk quotes Eriksen.
Now his team will continue the struggle to qualify to the World Cup, the player added.
