The International Chess Federation has confirmed the location of the world champion's match.
China's reigning champion Ding Liren and India's chess crown challenger Gukesh Dommaraju will compete in Singapore.
The championship match will be held from November 20 to December 15 this year.
The prize money will be 2.5 million dollars.
The previous competition was held in April, 2023 in Astana, Kazakhstan. Ding Lizhen defeated Russia's Yan Nepomnyashchy.
