Barcelona's Polish striker Robert Lewandowski was injured in the Spanish championship match of round 23 against Almeria (0-1). He was diagnosed with an injury of the left thigh biceps muscle, according to the club's press service.
According to Relevo, Lewandowski will miss around two weeks and will not play against Real Madrid in the Spanish Cup. The match will take place on March 2.
In the current Spanish championship Lewandowski played 20 matches for Barcelona, scored 15 goals and gave 5 assists.
