Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma will continue his career at Tottenham, the London club's press office reported.
The English club has signed a four-year contract with the 25-year-old Mali national team player.
It was previously reported that Tottenham will pay 29 million euros for the player.
Last season, Bissouma played 28 games for Brighton, scoring 2 goals and making 2 assists.
