Former England, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur forward Jimmy Greaves has died at the age of 81, Tottenham's press service reported.
In 1966, Greaves had won the World Cup as part the English national football squad.
Jimmy Greaves was Tottenham’s top scorer, with 266 goals. He was also the top scorer in the English top division—with 266 goals. Greaves had netted 44 goals in 57 appearances for England.
