MLS’s champion Columbus Crew tied the match against Mexico’s Monterrey after the first game of the quarter-final of the CONCACAF Champions League.
Argentine midfielder Lucas Zelarayan, 28, played with Columbus Crew during the whole game and helped make the score 2-1 in the 87th minute. The guests avoided defeat due to a goal scored in the added time. In the 12th minute, Zelarayan also received a yellow card.
