Real Madrid's ex-president infected with coronavirus, hospitalized in grave condition

Former President of Real Madrid Fernando Martin Alvarez, 72, has been hospitalized in Madrid. He is infected with coronavirus and is undergoing intensive therapy in grave condition, reports AS.

Fernando Martin Alvarez became Real Madrid’s president after Florentino Perez resigned in February 2006.

A couple of days ago, former president of Real Madrid Lorenzo Sans, who led the football club between 1995 to 2000, died from the coronavirus.
