Barcelona president Josep Bartomeu has called an emergency meeting to discuss cooperation with I3 Ventures, Sport.es reported.
Earlier Bartomeu admitted that I3 Ventures had been hired to improve the image of Barcelona on social media.
However, media rumors say the company was hired to boost the public profile of the current board of directors and at the same time, aim to undermine players, such as Messi, Xavi, Puyol and Piqué. The allegations were denied by the club.
