World No. 1-ranked Novak Djokovic has reached the quarterfinals of the Paris Masters.
The Serbian tennis star defeated world No. 23 Tallon Griekspoor (Netherlands) in three sets—4:6, 7:6 (7:2), 6:4 in the Round of 16. The match lasted 2 hours and 39 minutes.
Djokovic's opponent in the quarterfinals will be the winner of the clash between world No. 7 Holger Rune (Denmark) and world No. 54 Daniel Altmaier (Germany) in the Round of 16.
The prize fund of the Paris Masters is €5.7 million.
