World No. 8 Andrey Rublev, won the Madrid Open title.
In the final of this tournament, the Russian tennis player defeated world No. 35 Felix Auger-Aliassime (Canada) in three sets—4:6, 7:5, 7:5. The match lasted 2 hours and 49 minutes.
Rublev won a Masters tournament for the second time in his career. In 2023, he had won the Monte-Carlo Masters.
