Two-time world champion Evgenia Medvedeva may represent Armenia

Two-time world champion, Russian figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva may represent Armenia, allsportinfo reported.

Medvedeva may move to Armenian national team in order to guarantee her participation in major international competitions.

Two-time world champion may perform for the Armenian national team, as her father Arman Babasyan is of Armenian origin.

On Friday, Russian figure-skater Evgenia Medvedeva gave up cooperation with renowned coach Eteri Tutberidze. A 18-year-old athlete will move to Canada in June to train with famous Brian Orser.
