Marco Fabian curled a free kick home from 25 yards shortly before halftime to spark Mexico to a 3-0 win over Iceland on Friday, Reuters reported.
Miguel Layun doubled Mexico’s lead in the 64th minute when he fired home an angled drive and then he made it 3-0 in injury time with a spectacular strike from 40 yards out.
