The first doping case of the 2018 Winter Olympics has been announced
Japanese short-track speedskater Kei Saito has been suspended after failing an out-of-competition doping test prior to the Games, BBC reported quoting the Court Arbitration for Sport.
It was revealed that the athlete tested positive for acetalozamide. The 21-year-old athlete has left the athletes' Olympic Village voluntarily but said he is innocent.
