Barcelona and Spain former midfielder Xavi, who now plays his club football at Al Sadd (Qatar), is confident that Paris Saint-Germain will soon win the UEFA Champions League cup.
“It’s an impressive team created to win the Champions League,” L'Equipe sports magazine of France quoted 38-year-old Xavi as saying. “The club has all the chances to win the Champions League cup. I’m sure that we will see that victory in the near future.”
PSG will face Real Madrid in the Champions League round of 16, whose first leg is slated for February 14 in Madrid.
