Guardiola rules out passing the season unbeaten

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola ruled out repeating Arsenal’s success when the club passed through the season without defeats in 2003-2004 season, Daily Mail reported.

“'It’s not going to happen,” he said. “We are going to lose games, it belongs to Arsene Wenger. Now what happens is an exception, it's not normal what we've done. We'll try to maintain it but we are going to lose games.”

Manchester City has won 16 out of 17 matches in the current Premier League. Their next opponent is Tottenham.
