From Armenia’s representatives, solely shooter Zaven Igityan competed Monday at the 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games which are held in Nanjing, China.
Igityan placed fifth in the final of the Men’s 10m Air Pistol competition. Armenia’s representative had come in seventh in the qualification round.
On Sunday, gymnast Vigen Khachatryan (Armenia) was unable to pass the qualification stage of the all-around competition, whereas judoka Harutyun Dermishyan (Armenia) placed seventh in the 66 kg weight class.
