The England national football squad, which had an unsuccessful campaign at the 2014 FIFA World Cup being held in Brazil, have arrived in Manchester, the Daily Mail reported.
But there was no one at the airport to meet the team, which crashed out in the group stage in Brazil, as they tallied solely one point in three games.
In the World Cup group phase, England lost to both Italy and Uruguay with the same score, 2-1, and played a goalless draw with Costa Rica.
