The Brazilian national football team have beat Cameroon by a score of 4-1 in their third and final group-stage match in the 2014 FIFA World Cup which they are hosting.
As a result, Brazil captured first place in Group A and advanced to the playoffs. Both Brazil and Mexico had amassed 7 points apiece in Group A, but Brazil became first on goal difference.
In the 1/8 finals, the Brazilians will face Chile, who finished second in Group B.
