The Argentine started their 2014 World Cup football campaign in Brazil with a win. In the first game in Group F, Argentina defeated, by a score of 2-1, Bosnia and Herzegovina, who debuted at the World Cup.
Bosnia and Herzegovina are the only country among the 32 participants in the 2014 World Cup that has never played in a World Cup.
Argentina international and FC Barcelona (Spain) striker Lionel Messi’s wonderful strike became the decider of the win for his country.
Group F also includes Iran and Nigeria, who will face each other on Monday.
