Côte d’Ivoire international and Turkey’s Galatasaray S.K. striker Didier Drogba saved his national squad in their 2014 World Cup African qualifying round away match against Senegal.
In the thirteenth minute into the game, a Senegal header moved toward the corner of the Côte d’Ivoire net. But the 35-year-old player fended off the ball with an amazing kick.
To note, the match ended in a 1-1 tie, owing to which Côte d’Ivoire qualified for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
