Ozbilis plays so well – former Russian international footballer

[Armenian international and FC Spartak Moscow forward Yura] Movsisyan played usefully, since he was attracting the attention of the opponent’s defenders upon himself. Owing to this, Tino Costa and Ozbilis got opportunities at the front.

Former Russian international and Spartak ex-captain Yegor Titov stated the aforesaid, as he commented on the Russian Premier League match between FC Spartak Moscow and CSKA Moscow.

“I don’t think [Irish international and Spartak midfielder Aiden] McGeady is a faster or a more creative player than [Armenian international and Spartak midfielder Aras] Ozbilis.

“Ozbilis is left-footed. Not only can he get around and pass, but [he can] move toward the center and hit a dangerous strike. Everything is just fine with the boy’s strike.

“When he scored the first goal, it seemed to me that the ball had not sat well on his foot. But after watching the replay, I became convinced that it was a technically well-hit strike. Ozbilis plays in such way that they have begun forgetting about McGeady,” Sport Express quotes Titov as saying.

To note, FC Spartak Moscow defeated CSKA Moscow in their home game, and Aras Ozbilis netted Spartak’s first goal.
