The European Sambo Wrestling Championship will be held in Crema, Italy, from Friday to May 21.
Even though the Armenian national sambo wrestling team could not hold a training camp before the event and gather a complete team due to financial constraints, eleven Armenian athletes will head to Italy, the Armenian Sambo Federation informs.
The Armenian delegation will also comprise trainers Vovik Khojayan and Ernest Mirzoyan, judge Eduard Aslanyan, and Federation President Levon Hayrapetyan.
