Crystal Palace striker Ismaila Sarr doubled Senegal's lead in the 51st minute.
Napoli striker Romelu Lukaku reduced Belgium’s goal deficit in the 86th minute.
Aston Villa midfielder Youri Tielemans restored parity for Belgium in the 89th minute.
And Tielemans converted the penalty awarded to Belgium in the 5th minute of added time.
In the Round of 16, Belgium will face with the winners of the USA vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina clash in the Round of 32.
