Premier League: Liverpool lose in London

Current leaders Liverpool were hosted by Fulham in London and lost 2-3 in Matchweek 31 of English Premier League football.

Liverpool's Argentine midfielder Alexis Mac Allister opened the scoring in the 14th minute. English defender Ryan Sessegnon equalized in the 23rd minute. Nigerian striker Alex Iwobi put the hosts ahead in the 32nd minute. Five minutes later, Brazilian striker Rodrigo Muniz netted Fulham's third goal. And the visitors' Colombian striker, Luis Diaz, reduced the goal deficit in the 72nd minute.

Liverpool still top of the current Premier League standings, with 73 points, while Fulham are eighth, with 48 points.

In the other matches of the day, Brentford and Chelsea played a goalless draw, while Tottenham Hotspur beat Southampton 3-1․
