Paris 2024: Japan won all-around title in gymnastics and is leading with 6 gold medals

The team all-around competition at the Olympic Games in Paris ended with the victory of the Japanese men's gymnastics team.

Japanese gymnasts scored 259,594 points and overtook the Chinese, who took second place, with 259,062 points. The Americans won the bronze medals with a score of 257,793.

At the Tokyo Olympics, the Japanese team finished second, behind the Russians, who are disqualified as a result of the Russia-Ukraine war and are not competing in the team event.

In the medal standings of the Paris Games, Japan leads with 6 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals.

China is in second place with 5 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals. South Korea completes the top three with 5 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medals.
