Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris (live)

The opening ceremony of the 33rd Olympic Games (live) kicked off in Paris. For the first time in the history of the Games, the event takes place on the Seine River.

The Olympics will last until August 11. The Olympics will feature 10,500 athletes from 206 Olympic national teams: 54 from Africa, 48 from Europe, 44 from Asia, 41 from America, 17 from Oceania.
