Baregham Harutyunyan (Armenia) won a silver medal at the EUBC Elite Men and Women European Boxing Championships 2024, which is coming to a close in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
In the final of the Men’s 48kg weight class, Harutyunyan faced Edmond Khudoyan (Russia), who won 5:0.
Armenia's Narek Manasyan (92 kg) will also enter the ring for the title. He will fight with Muslim Gadzhimagomedov (Russia).
Anush Grigoryan (Women’s 50 kg), Ani Hovsepyan (Women’s 70 kg), Artur Bazeyan (57 kg), Artur Sahakyan (60 kg), and Ararat Harutyunyan (67 kg) from Team Armenia became bronze medalists at the 2024 European Boxing Championships.
