Xavi is the second coach in Barcelona history to lose to Real Madrid 4 times in a row

Under the leadership of Xavi, Barcelona suffered a fourth consecutive defeat in official meetings with Real Madrid. In the 32nd round of the Spanish championship, the Catalan team lost with a score of 2:3. In the three previous matches, the royal team won with a score of 4:0, 2:1 and 4:1.

Xavi is the second coach in the history of Barcelona, who lost to Real Madrid 4 times in a row.

In 1935-1940, Barcelona had a similar record under Irishman Patrick O'Connell.

Xavi announced that he will leave his post on 30 June.
