Marcus Thuram, the 26-year-old French striker of Inter Milan, sustained a right thigh muscle injury during Inter’s match against Atletico Madrid in the first leg of the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League, Sky Sport Italia reports.
At the break, Thuram was subbed off with Austrian forward Marko Arnautovic, who scored the winning goal, and Inter won 1-0.
The second leg between these two clubs will be played on March 13.
