Champions League: Inter, Real, Bayern, Real Sociedad are in playoffs

The fourth matches in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League have ended.

On the second day of these matches, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Real Sociedad won and reached the Round of 16.

In Group A, Bayern Munich defeated Galatasaray 2-1 and are the current leaders of this group, with 12 points. Galatasaray are third, with 4 points. Copenhagen, which won 4-3 against Manchester United, have climbed to second place, also with 4 points.

In Group B, Arsenal beat Sevilla 2-0 and lead the current standings in this group, with 9 points. PSV Eindhoven defeated Lens 1-0 and are in second place, with 5 points.

In Group C, Real Madrid hosted Braga and won 3-0. Real are the current leaders of this group, with 12 points. Napoli, which had played a 1-1 draw with Union Berlin, are second, with 7 points.

And in Group D, Inter Milan were hosted by Salzburg and won 1-0. The former captain of the Armenian national football team, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was among the starters of Inter and was subbed off in the 68th minute. Inter are second, with 10 points, and Salzburg are third, with 3 points. The current leaders in this group are Real Sociedad, with 10 points, which had won 3-1 against Benfica.

The previous matchday, Champions League titleholders Manchester City and Leipzig had qualified for the Round of 16 of this tournament.
