Havik wins fourth stage of theTour de Normandie

Dutch cyclist Yoeri Havik (Cyclingteam De Rijke) won the fourth stage of theTour de Normandie on Wednesday.

Kazakh Ruslan Tleubayev and French Jrerome Cousin followed the winner. Russian Igor Boev (Itera-Katusha) was the fourth, L`Equipe reports.
