Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the former captain and midfielder of the Armenian football team, was in the starting lineup of Inter, and he was subbed off in the 66th minute.
Inter are second, with 50 points, and Spezia are seventeenth, with 24 points, in the current Serie A standings.
