2 Bundesliga football clubs have new managers

Greek coach Dimitrios Grammozis has been appointed manager of FC Schalke, the football club’s press service reports.

The 42-year-old football manager’s contract is set to end in June 2022. He will replace Christian Gross, who was dismissed by FC Schalke after the latter were defeated by Stuttgart 1-5 in the 23rd round of the German football championship.

Dimitrios Grammozis has also coached VfL Bochum and SV Darmstadt 98.

Arminia also have a new manager. Uwe Neuhaus, who was dismissed, has been replaced by Frank Kramer, who used to manage the youth team of the Austrian Salzburg. Kramer’s contract will end in the summer of 2023.

After the 22nd round of the Bundesliga, Arminia are in 16th place with 18 points, while FC Schalke are at the end of the Bundesliga championship table with 9 points.
