Armenia’s national futsal team competed with the Russian national futsal team in the first round of the selective stage of for the European championship.
Ruben Nazaretyan’s team was defeated by the Russian team 0-6 during the game held in Shchyolkovo.
On Feb. 3, Armenia’s futsal team will face off against France in Yerevan. The Georgian team is also included in the second group, and Armenia’s team will face off against the Georgian team on Mar. 5.
Armenia’s team scored two victories over the Bulgarians (4-0, 3-1) during the play-off for the Euro-2022 qualifiers.
