Manchester City have had an intention to sign Barcelona leader, Lionel Messi, Goal reported.
According to Manchester City President, Khaldoon Al Mubarak, when Guardiola headed Manchester City, they wanted to sign Messi and offered him a salary three times more than in Barcelona, but he refused.
