Armenia manager mostly impressed by Italy

Armenian manager Vardan Minasyan said he has a clear idea of strong and weak points of the Danish, Czech and Italian nationals.

The delegation of coaches of the Armenian national and clubs, including Minasyan, headed to Poland to attend the final stage of Euro 2012, he said in an interview with the official website of the Armenian Football Federation (AFF).

Minasyan is very impressed by the tournament, as it was organized at a high level. Asked about the mission of the Armenian delegation in Poland, the national’s manager said that after watching the matches of Armenia’s future opponents, they analyzed it for several hours with help of a special program submitted by the AFF, and delegation members shared their viewpoint on the match.

As for the opponents of the Armenian team in the 2014 World Cup qualifying round, , Minasyan said that three of the teams were participants of Euro 2012 which proves the group is a strong one.

“Italian team is tactically strong and organized, while the Czech Republic is a young team but left us with a good impression. They have good attacking skills in the wings. The Danish team is good at collective efforts. We are lucky to watch the game of our future opponents,” the manager concluded.
