Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti praised Joselu after his side's 2-1 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League semi-final. Joselu completed a double.
"Joselu fully reflects what this team is about, the mentality of this team. He hasn't played much this season, but he has always been very useful in the right moment. He never loses confidence and always thinks about the team," Ancelotti was quoted as saying by UEFA's official website.
Joselu moved to "Real Madrid" from "Espanyol" last summer. His rental agreement runs until the end of this season.
Joselu as part of the "Royal Club" has played 46 matches, becoming the author of 16 goals and three assists.
