International Olympic Committee (IOC) and International Basketball Federation (FIBA) plan to include the street basketball into the 2016 Olympics, to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Besides the classic basketball, the Games also have the beach basketball. There are different types of the swimming. The FIBA along with the IOC desire that the basketball players competed in various types as well, ESPN quoted the FIBA chief Patrick Baumann.
To note, the street basketball rules include three players from each team, while the game field has one basket.
